Colorific
Revolutionary quick tests with innovative nanoswitch technology
Redefining sample-to-answer detection
Colorific emerged from Aalto University’s Neuroscience & Biomedical Engineering department in the Molecular Nanoengineering laboratory.
The team has developed an innovative nanoswitch-based sensing technology for the detection of target molecules, such as antibodies, small proteins, and toxins. The nanoswitch technology produces both a measurable signal and a visual color change of the solution. The features and easy programmability of the nanoswitches enable sensitive and reliable detection for several applications.
Speed
Fast visual results without sample pre-processing creates an efficient on-site testing method.
Programmability
Simple core technology and interchangeable biorecognition elements allow for easy adaptation to multiple targets.
Dual Readout
Readout possible with a spectrometer of the naked eye allowing for tailoring to demands of each application.
